Wow, This year a Animo was CRAZY. But other than all the drama, this skool is ok the teacher are kool u can really talk to them when u need to, they are always available. Now the students ummmmmmm well as long you mide your business and dont worry about what people say ,then ur good. If they dont say it to your face than dont worry about it. But if they do say it to you knock them outttttttttttttttt. That is one thing the i regret letting people say stuff and not doing nothing about it.

What was it like to work on this project?

It was very fun working on this project with my group. We had our ups and down but overall we did a good job.
Did you finish the project? Why or why not?

Yes, we finish our profect but i think we might of had a few things missing
If you finished your project, what enabled you to do so? What advice would you give to next years students?

What help us was that we had a timeline of everything we did. And if we did not finish what was on the timeline then we would come to office hours.

On average, how much time did you spend each class on myspace, playing games, or other websites that had nothing to do with your project?

Well truely what had happen was i was done with my work soooooo ummmmm sorry no comment.

What was it like to work with your team members? If you worked well together, what was your secret to working together?

We were all friends so that was what made it kool.

Do you think you a leader and why?
Yes, because I remember being drawn to and assuming leadership roles with peers at a young age, being the soccer/softball team captain, ASB president...etc. In college I usually lead any group assignments often begrudgingly doing others' work. I am the only person out of my peer group from childhood to complete college and graduate school.
Have u shown leadership?
I've been a team captain as a child, now I co-manage my adult soccer & softball teams, model good sportsmanship (even adults get crazy and need to calm down), taking on various professional roles at work, and take responsiblity for my actions.
How do u show it?
Treat others how I expect to be treated.
Has anyone said that ur a leader?
Yes, a parent once told me how inspirational I was to her child as a young person and to her as a parent. I was very surprised, glad, overcome with emotion...it was an amazing experience.
What r ur weakness?
Having difficulty saying "no" when I'm overwhelmed, caring too much, but I'm learning.
Do they affect u being a leader?
Sometimes...I feel I do a good job of being reflective and have the ability to go back to those with whom I've had conflict and talk it out.
What r ur strenghts?
Being deliberate with my words. I'm very careful about what I say. I've been misunderstood in the past and consistently work to communicate effectively with others.
Another strength is how much I care. Kids are my priority at work. High school is not an easy time for anyone: parents, teachers, and students. I'm passionate about the 'teenage condition' and the process of establishing one's autonomy.

Yes, I think my committment to my strengths make me a better counselor

Leaders

Who in your life would you consider a leader? Why do you consider that person a leader?
I consider my Grandpa and Ms.Fawcett a leader see my grandpa and Ms.Fawcett as a leader because they both have qualities of a leader.

What strengths does your leader have? How has that person demonstrated those strengths?
My grandpa strength are, he is loyal, honest , kind,and loves to help out with there is a need.
Ms.Fawcett's strength are,reasonable, has respect for all, can relate to others,very outgoing and has no problem talking to anyone or giving advice.
What weakness does your leader have? How did that person overcome that weakness?
Well truly a weakness that I think my grandpa has is that he does not know when to stop giving advice to someone and let them try to learn it on there self.

I don't know a lot about want is going on. All I know is that immigration don't want the bill to pass.
2.What do you think the students who walked out were trying to achieve on Monday? What do you think was their point of walking out?
Truely I don't think that they achieved anything by walking out. A few student walkout and walked back in that was stupid to me. About 40 student did walkout though.
3.Do you think the walkout was effective? Why or why not?
No, I don't think that the walkout at school was effective. I feel that they really did not plan anything. I feel that the walkout was thought of this morning.
4.What were some of the consequences of walking out?
Well I think they had to go to Saturday school detention.

Well it seem like they had a plan on what they were trying to do and get there voice heard

They need to everything ready and organize. They need to tell all the students at the school.

don't put yourself out there like that. Giving people you don't know your info.

What do you think about Greendot's efforts to block sites such as myspace?
I think that it is good but there should be sometime to let us get on it. Like unblock it on our lunch ,or after school, on our free time.
